We provide a simple but comprehensive storage unit emptying service right at the storage facility where you have been storing your goods.

 
Our simple but effective storage emptying process:


Inventory Management: We meticulously inventory your unit with detailed photos and descriptions while ensuring your items are taken care of during the process.

Inventory Selections: You will receive a document that is interactive! You will simply select “Keep” or “Donate, Recycle or Toss” on each photo/description from your storage unit. 

↓
Document Confirmation: Once we have received your selections, we will then send this back to yourself in 2 separate documents to confirm and sign. Just to be sure there isn’t anything that has fallen into the wrong category! 

↓
Delivery: We deliver the goods you have selected to “Keep” back to you at one selected location of your choice* 

↓
Inventory Distribution: Once your “Donate, Recycle or Toss” list has been confirmed, we then send this out to our countless partners to offer your pre-loved goods to those who really need it.

  • Refurbishing Businesses*

 

Your items will go to individuals and families who truly need a helping hand. If your pre-loved goods can’t be donated, recycling will be the next option and responsible disposal comes after that! 


This list is continuously updated with more shelters, natural disaster relief groups, mental health/homeless teams and many more as we continue to grow. The more units we empty the more people we can help.


*Refurbishing Businesses - please ask us about this when you receive your “Keep” inventory list if there is something you wish to refurbish. We may have the perfect person or business to assist with this!

SYS guarantees to empty your storage unit within four weeks, or we will cover your next month’s storage fee! The reason we work in this time frame is because the shelters we work with are also on small time frames. Some have been waiting for a long time to receive the help we offer.
