Donate

Our top priority for pre-loved goods is always donation, reflecting the core of our mission. Once your unit has been inventoried and you have selected the items you wish to "keep" or "donate, recycle, toss," we collaborate with our partners across the state to swiftly deliver these items to homes in need.

Recycle

We partner with a network of services to recycle items of all shapes and sizes. Innovative professionals nationwide have developed methods to repurpose older items, ensuring they can be stripped and utilized again. Many manufacturers are embracing greener practices by incorporating recycled parts into new products, both nationally and internationally.

Refurbish

We collaborate with a team of businesses and independent craftsmen who specialize in refurbishing furniture from various eras. If you have a cherished piece you can't part with, we may have the perfect solution for you. Some items may be beyond repair, but don't hesitate to inquire! You can refurbish items for personal use or, depending on the craftsman, they may even help you sell them.

Toss

If none of the items in your unit can be donated, recycled, or refurbished, that's okay. Sometimes, due to the duration the unit has been in use or environmental factors like pests, dust, or leaks, disposal is inevitable. We ensure proper disposal of such items.

Shredding

We do not personally shred your documents but work with a select group of highly certified businesses to ensure proper disposal. We arrange the pickup or delivery of documents, and this service is included in the total cost of emptying your unit. We also partner with companies that donate non-confidential documents to e-commerce businesses for greener packaging options.

Sell

While we currently do not offer selling services, we aim to provide this in the future. In the meantime, we can guide you to various services that can assist you with selling your items. Be sure to ask about this during your 4-week emptying process.
