Our Process for Our Donation & Recycle Partners
FUNCTIONALITY YOU WILL LOVE AND APPRECIATE

Inventory Management
We meticulously inventory the unit with detailed photos and descriptions while ensuring the items are taken care of during the process.

Document Distribution
Once we have received their selections, we will then send this to the list of countless partners that we already have and we hope OWN will be one!

Inventory Selections
The storer receives a document that is interactive! They will simply select “Keep” or “Donate, Recycle or Toss” on each photo/description from their storage unit.

Inventory Distribution
Once you have selected from the “Donate” list that has been sent through, we wait for the details of selections and delivery. These lists are distributed and decided on a "first in, first served" method. This way we do not over promise with the goods we have. Please do not worry - another list from another storage unit empty will hopefully be in your inbox very soon!
Delivery
We deliver the goods you have selected for the necessary people to a selected location within Greater Western Sydney. (We hope to grow this as we empty more storage units across the state & country!)

Collection
Many of our recycling partners collect and remove from the storage units with our assistance to ensure that 4 weeks guarantee is guaranteed!
We do not expect the shelter or community service to store any goods/furnishing etc.
We do not dump goods at locations unless we have received confirmation the goods are wanted and or needed!
This gives the shelter the ability to say no and wait for the next list of goods being donated.
This is when we move to our recycling/refurbishing partners!
